- Save Your Ticket Number: After registering, a ticket number will appear on the screen. Be sure to download and save this number, as you will need it to request a replacement within one year.

How to Redeem Your Replacement
If your glasses are broken or lost and it has not been a year since your purchase, follow these steps to submit a replacement request:
- Submit Your Request: Provide your ticket number (received during registration), along with your email address and full name.
- Eligibility Check: Once we receive your request, our team will verify your eligibility for a replacement.
- Replacement Details: The replacement will be for the same style, same color, and same size. If the item is out of stock, we can offer you the option to choose another style within the same size and at the same price.
- Invoice: You will receive an invoice reflecting a $0 product charge and a $20 + tax shipping fee.
- Shipping: The replacement item will be shipped once the transaction is completed.
